This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with Sai Abhiram Feeds through our website and authorized sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may request a return subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unopened and in original condition.
  • Original labels, seals and packaging must remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase, invoice or order confirmation is required.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened or partially used feed products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse.
  • Items purchased under special discounts, promotions or clearance sales.
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:
  • Order ID or Invoice Number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the damaged or incorrect product

After verification, Sai Abhiram Feeds may provide a replacement, refund or suitable resolution.

5. Return Process

  • Pickup may be arranged where service is available.
  • If pickup is unavailable, customers may need to return products via courier.
  • Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
  • Returned products will be inspected before approval.

6. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.

7. Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection approval of the returned item.

Replacement products will be dispatched after successful verification.

8. Conditions & Limitations

  • Product shows signs of use, tampering or post-delivery damage.
